Our full menu is available on our online store where you can also place your order.

 

  • DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY DELIVERY?

Currently we do not offer same day delivery due to the demand for The Tipsy Pouch.

We also do not offer Sam Day Delivery for weekends as we reach full capacity by the beginning of the week.

We offer Next Day Delivery for weekdays ONLY; orders must be placed before midnight.

  • CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER DETAILS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

We are happy to amend any details (Address, delivery date, message and to add additional products) after an order is placed. We will need to be advised via email (thetipsytapster@outlook.com) 24 hours before your delivery is scheduled.

 

  • CAN I CANCEL/REFUND MY ORDER?

You sure can! We will need 48hours notice before your selected delivery date to have your order cancelled and refunded. You can do this by emailing us at thetipsytapster@outlook.com

 

  • DO YOU CATER TO EVENTS; BIRTHDAYS, WEDDINGS, CORPORATE EVENTS ETC..

We sure do! :D Send us an email to thetipsytapster@outlook.com with the Event type, Date, time and approx. number of pouches you would like to order, and we can send you an invoice. Orders 30 and above will require two weeks’ notice to block out the date to ensure we can fulfil your order.

 

  • DO YOU INCLUDE THE PRICE ON THE TIPSY POUCH BOX?

We do not include prices on the box. The only information you will find on the box when it is delivered is Billing & Shipping Information and what is included in your Tipsy Pouch Box.

 

  • WHEN WILL I EXPECT MY DELIVERY, AND DO YOU HAVE TRACKING?

When you place your order online you will be required to select the delivery date you would like your order to be delivered.

 

Delivery times are between 930am – 7pm Monday – Sunday.

 

Monday – Thursday, orders are sent out for delivery after 9:30am.

Friday – Sunday, orders are starting to be sent out for delivery by 10am.

 

We work with a courier company that help deliver your Tipsy Pouch Boxes which includes Live Tracking. You will be sent an SMS with the Live Tracking Link to keep you up to date with your order delivery time.  

 

There a times when we will get our Tipsy Tapster Bartenders to make some deliveries to ensure you get your order as quick and fresh as possible! This does not include tracking.

 

  • CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC TIME FOR DELIVERY?

We are unable to accept a specific time for delivery and we cannot priorities any delivery addresses.

 

  • HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Standard Delivery is $15.00 and Next Day Delivery is $25.00

 

  • CAN I MAKE AN ORDER AND HAVE THEM DELIVERED TO SEPARATE ADDRESSES?

Orders to multiple addresses must be made in separate transactions with each separate address.

 

  • WHAT IF NO ONE IS HOME TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY?

We will leave your order in a safe place and our driver will take a photo and upload it to your live tracking. Orders that are sent back to HQ will require a $10.00 re delivery fee.

 

  • DO YOU OFFER PICK UP?

We only offer delivery.

 

  • CAN I ADD ANY DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS?

Absolutely! You can contact your driver directly via the Live Tracking Link texted to you the night before.

 

  • WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We deliver to Greater Sydney including the lower Blue Mountains and Wollongong. On Saturday and Sundays only, we also deliver to the Central Coast.

  • HOW MANY ML’S IS IN THE TIPSY POUCH?

300ml

 

  • HOW DO I STORE THE TIPSY POUCH?

We ice your Tipsy Pouch and The Tipsy Pouch Box as soon as it is ready for pick up.

The Tipsy Pouch is delivered on your selected delivery date to ensure absolute freshness.

As we always say; FRESHER IS BETTER!

The Tipsy Pouch Box is delivered on ice which can last for 4-6hours.

The Tipsy Pouch is best to be consumed on the date of delivery.

Please keep in mind there is also ice in the pouch. The longer you leave it, the more your pouch will be watered down. Your delivery may be also sitting with the courier for a couple hours before delivery.

 

If you don’t finish your Tipsy Pouch Box, we recommend removing the fruit from the pouch and storing the pouch in your fridge for 24hours.

You can also place the pouch in your freezer to create a slushie!

Just remove the pouch from your freezer before consuming, add some fizz or juice (depending on the cocktail) and ENJOY!

 

  • IS THE TIPSY POUCH GLUTEN FREE?

YES! The Tipsy Pouch is GLUTEN FREE!

Even so, we do recommend reading the product page under each pouch to ensure it is safe for you to drink as they may contain hidden traces due to cross contact in where they make their products and the flavorings added.
